Hi,

Up date below I wrote the last chapter of my Astral Visions. It’s nearly 3 years ago and part of me still feels that this experience is as fresh as yesterday. The memory hold thousands of memories some are in our short term memory and others are in the long term memory again they are feeling and thoughts that relate to a time when we were either children learning to communicate or we are adults who still remember communicating.

One of my first memories is pulling up a chair pointing to a tap and saying do do. Which meant at the time turn on the tap? I knew water came out but I just did not have the skills or language to be able to make myself understood. As spiritual people we are always learning and experiencing new and exciting thoughts and visions.

Some stick in our minds for long periods of time months even years. Others we seem to put to the backs of our minds memories of trauma or of times or things we want to forget. I call these boxes. Putting away information or hurt that we can’t deal with at particular time or moment.

I experienced another vision last night I was wondering if the music mattered to what type of vision. So I played similar music but not the same at first it appeared not to alter. Then suddenly I was the road of knowledge what a strange description you might think but as I type this I feel that the, impute is not all my own. Let me go back, I was made aware of the road in the negative print sepia black and white like old film, this time the road was empty and I then was on the road travelling at first slowly then it got faster just like the Edwardian scene of my first experience.

I also paid attention to my own surrounding in the context that one of my hands was experiencing the energy like growing bigger and smaller the digits moving I also was aware that my other hand was in the present along with my body and its connection to this plane. On the other side my mind was travelling or perhaps part of my energy was travelling along the road gaining speed like a rocket ship or a train on a very fast tunnel it then got darker and darker faster and faster next | saw that I was in a place being shown shapes and these shapes turned into other shapes that turned into birds that turned into things I don’t know the names of but feel a connection with it was as if I was at the start of time and that what I was seeing was pure energy forming into pieces of rock or flesh or just space.

There were no stars but that did not mean there weren’t any just that they had not taken an image of context. Does that make sense?

I feel that I was shown energy at its earliest level before it had taken on the identity of life but not sure if life is the correct word it just felt that each piece of shape was waiting for its own identity. The whole thing again lasted until the song finished I am not saying that the music was encouraging me.

More the case it could have been any relaxing music I felt like I was in two places at once as if I was a twin and part of me was in the present and part of me was in the past/future.

My comparison to this would be that people have often reported in the past that they have entered old building deserted Air force bases and some claim to still hear some see and often feel the presence of that time. Like they hear 1940’s Music playing voices people laughter. Is it the case the place still retains the energy of the past or is it an imprint in time. Were my visit imprints in time or just glimpse of another time space or place.

In time I believe that I will learn more about my experiences the world is constantly changing we are every day discovering new plants and planets. The universe is unfold as it should. By Annielise Stone July 2010

The people who are not what they first seem to be.

In all walks of life the human race hides behind a veil of pretence. We all met them and even at times we perhaps ourselves have used this shield to prevent others getting to close. For some it’s to hide a hurt a fear or even because they find it hard to commit.

I myself at times feel that I am a people pleaser I don’t like to say No neither do I like to intentionally upset anyone. Paulo Coelho the other day mentioned on a site that people who say maybe really want to say No but are afraid to commit. I was not sure what I was afraid to commit to but often I don’t or can’t really be bothered to do something and I end up doing it any way. Perhaps it’s the case I should ask will this affect or have an impact if I do or don’t.

This point struck home with me that am probably why I have great respect and admiration not only for him as an author but as a man and mentor too.

I was going though some of my own thoughts in my head I do this occasionally when a link strikes home and I came to the conclusion that some people will tell you anything to get A. A reaction and B. If they feel by humouring you or pretending to be interested in what your doing for self gain. If you’re naive you will think it’s because you are making them think. Now the question here is you may find out that really it was all talk.

Or even that a remark you made and you thought was true they had in fact lied or just left the information hoping you would not ask out right.

So my suggestion are don’t believe what you hear it can an often is watered down or even changed like Chinese whispers. Real friends you know deep down would not let you down.

Read the small print lots of us get caught out by the gift of the gab. The free gift which is not really free Along with the promise of better things to come if you invest now…

If someone you just met asks to borrow money remember your old grannies say never a lender or borrower be.

Trust you gut it never really lets you down.

Don’t rush to do something you’re not sure about unhappy about the result or you would be worried if it turned out bad.

Now to end this on a positive note you have to kiss a few frogs before you find a real prince. That real friends are measure by not what can do for them but what they do for you with out asking. And you can’t make a silk purse out of a sours ear.

Also as another thought dont seem to be to keen to be a part of something or someone only to end up doing all the talking walking working and then resent that you were only a stop gap until they got bored tired or just plain lazy. The interesting people are those who keep something back and do give everything up to fast. To maintain equal partners you first my have equal right and responsibilties.

A Psychic Attack or The Psychic Vampire.

Can and does happen to all of us at sometime most people who are not aware of this would probably think they have had a bad dose of the flu. I have myself experienced this couple of times not only here in the UK but abroad too.

They can and do make you feel very ill and people have been known to be taken to A and E and have loads and loads of test just to check and find nothing apparently wrong with them. When a psychic attack takes place, the psychic vampire receives an energy surge while the victim experiences fatigue.

The people who usually use this unkind and cruel they are themselves insecure and worried not only about themselves but fear anyone else who may have ability.

They are often used against people to cause pain UN comfort and generally when they want to hurt another.

Below I have listed some of the feelings or results of it

Headaches/ Sickness

Lack of energy feeling tired all the time

Feeling drained and lethargic

Aching joints body and feeling exhausted

Emotional drained and weepy

Loss of concentration

For some even stomach pains cramps and anxiety attacks

Dark and depressing feelings

Generally feeling like everyone and everything is against you.

Loss of direction and not able to figure out what’s wrong.

Lots of arguments and people picking fault.

The thing is that half the time you feel so low you think you have picked up a bug. Its only when you have taken every known cure and nothing seems to work to you start to realise that someone has managed to get past your protection and now its going to take time and the help to sort it out.

This can be done and have in the past I’ve helped others who have picked up this and helped them deal with it.

The news that shook the world that the King of Pop was Dead.

Loosing Michael has hit the world by storm. We as humans spend most of our time, in our own little bubbles with our own insecurities worries and we rarely think about others unless it affects our way of life, or it becomes a topic of conversation. Through grief we stop and look at ourselves and realise, that perhaps we all can learn a lot from those who have left here but their ENERGY lives on.

I first wrote this article last year when I was approached by a couple of friends what I thought about him. Now months later his music has received a second life. Children as young 10 sing and dance and move to thriller and when given the chance can say what their favourite track is. Like Elvis his Music will be played and remember in new generations to come.

When you hear his music, when you watch his videos or interviews when you see just how much energy he gave that is not going to fade. The physical or hard shell presence is more harder to accept but if you listen hard enough, you do see you, remember you feel. A song comes into your head and its stays there. Our duty is to remember don’t they say “Less we forget”. I really don’t think anyone will.

Michael was our shooting star he was Michael he saw the world through the eyes of a child and for that often was misunderstood and his actions cost him dearly. I ask you look inside yourselves and find your own inner child and reflect.

They say the good die young and the reason often people give is that they try so hard to make others happy that their own needs and wants suffer because of it. I am not saying that he did not make some wrong or difficult choices and that we all live with the fact that we make mistakes. In the end to live a live of Peter perfect and be in a huge bubble or goldfish bowl makes us all a little strange.

I recently watched an old video of a film that Robin Williams portrayed as Jack a boy who was in a rush to get here and he had a condition that his body grew at rate 10 times faster than the average human. At 10 he was portrayed as a man in his late 30’s. This moving film set around the early 1980/90 it showed us that even if we look a little strange its inside that counts. The film brought awareness to the fact that some people bodies grow old and the brain still lives on. The Actor Bill Cosby played Jack’s Tutor and Educator and if you get the chance to see it there are some real humorous parts too.

My point when Jack is at his lowest point he tells him that he is a shooting star and if your lucky enough to see one you see just how beautiful bright and amazing they are.

They give everything they have they shine the brightest and shoot the straightest and explode into the Heavens.

For me and for all you other shooting stars out there to come and to go when you leave as you will explode into the heavens and remember that what you do makes a difference

Remember Michael for his music his love of the planet and his ability to see that our world was suffering long before few or we were prepare to admit.
