Play on words

In October 2008 and I wrote a blog about reason season lifetime. The post was about how the people you meet and the relationships which can form from that. This post is about a play on words its another view of a blog which I spoke about my own spiritual side and this post is about relationships and love and the desire that we all keep looking for that special person.

Sometimes you meet or see a person and there is an instant attraction and it can be like an emotional roller coaster, its fast intent and exiting. It may hang around for a season but it definitely ends for a reason. Others are less exciting more ordinary slowly creeping up on you they hang around partly for the reason but get complacent and end up the season. You hope its going to be a lifetime and you make plans you may even think that your soul mates. Then you start to notice flaws things that annoy you strange habits or ways.

Now I know this post may seem a little cynical and nothing like I usually write. As with all things I write each is an opinion and nothing is ever written in stone. A play on words now this is where the title comes in Annielise Stone lol.Even so we all constanly look for this one person to make us complete and the Romantic in me says why not.

I am trying to get you to think to react I find that as humans we all start out with an ideal and it takes a lot of effort to maintain it. Like if you change your hair colour unless you keep it up you get root growth and it soon looses it glossy shine. Relationships require work family friends love ones you have to compromise and make allowances for people who you know deep down aren’t perfect but to have someone for some people is better than nothing.

So let’s realize that people come mainly on the whole for a reason. Some because they are lonely some because they need to be part of pack or set because they have always had someone to rely on and even if you don’t care you have someone to blame.

Let’s take ownership of our thoughts of our needs and of our desires. Soul mates do exist they are people who understand our strange foibles they except that we aren’t perfect they conditionally love us and are strong enough to make a stand or take a back seat.

The season people well like all bad weather you can wait for it to leave sometimes it leaves you out in the cold other times you boil with frustration and then like the fall it dissolves waiting for the spring in which time you can go all out to try for another season or just be glad they came for a reason.

Lifetime when do you work out whose lifetime it’s for. Do you measure it in month’s days or years the optimist in me wants everyone to have a special someone for at least a season. Is it when you think that someone with stay with you for ever does it become the lifetime only to find out when you have lived with someone for 20 years to tie the knot to then find out that you were happier because you had to work at your relationship when you were just partners but now your tied do you suddenly feel the trap.

Real love is achievable but to maintain it one will always have to let the other take charge equal partners are the best lifetimes each of them having enough strength to allow the other one to grow and trust and friendship humour and loyalty are all just some of the ingredients needed to make it work.

So I wish everyone this year a reason for love a season for love and the optimism to want it to last a life time. We all grow we all get tired and we all need a reason to love.

So this year my motto is find a reason and I am sure it will definitely turn into a season with lots of hard work. REASON SEASON LIFETIME.The choice is yours.

Hustle and Bustle of Christmas try to remember what the true meaning is

Monday, December 14th, 2009

I can’t believe this is my first Christmas back in the UK since 2006 went to Oxford Street in London to see the lights and can you believe it over 200,000 people also had the same idea. Everyone was pushing and shoving the true meaning of the Christmas spirit was lost.  The country is in recession yet they were buying like there was no tomorrow. It reminded me of the who’s in who vile the only problem with this lot 90% of it would be back in the Christmas sales returned as unwanted gifts. I saw every nationality creed and colour and everyone was pushing and shoving to buy what a beige jumper for someone they don’t see and don’t really like. I don’t want to be the Grinch who steels Christmas just to find out if the true meaning is still here. But do really want to run up the credit cards for the stores shops and internet sites only to find out that after all it came just the same.  So if I have touched a nerve with a few of you its not all baa humbug either. Perhaps if we were all a bit nicer to each other then it would not matter that we spent £100 on trying to keep up with the Jones and still end up with a present that you gave to your second cousin twice removed on your father’s side and now its back to haunt you.
I hate to be so cynical because deep down I do like the holiday the music the films and the cheer. It’s a real shame that we can’t all have a fairy tale ending.

But that don’t stop me wanting everyone to have a less stressful time and family time and a time of good cheer to all fellow men women and animals.
I wish everyone a happy Christmas and may that get what truly matters to them.  I hope the price tag is something they can afford and that they don’t want to take it back on December 27th when the shops open to return it.

Love to all annielise
